Lighthouse View is a tastefully refurbished and cosy well equipped,  self catering, two bedroom holiday chalet bungalow with lovely views across Mumbles Hill and the lighthouse.

This light and airy accommodation benefits from a sun terrace which has a table and chairs and superb views of the lighthouse, a pretty cottage style front garden and parking for one car. A short walk takes you to the Limeslade coast, Mumbles Pier and beaches located close to the bustling and cosmopolitan village of Mumbles.

A short drive will take you to the popular beaches of Caswell and Langland. Visitors will love the many nearby walks available on the Gower Peninsular with its coastal paths offering sweeping panoramic views designated the first area of outstanding natural beauty. A walk or cycle ride from Mumbles takes you along the promenade around the bay into Swansea Marina and shopping centre.There are an abundance of restaurants, cafes and boutiques with the popular Castellamare Italian restaurant/café selling delicious ice cream just a short stroll away with stunning views across Bracelet Bay

The chalet has a key safe entry system and heating and hot water is by Economy 7 electricity. (An extra heating supplement is payable between the months of October to April inclusive). There is laminate flooring throughout the property and one medium sized well behaved pet is welcome. (An extra supplement is payable for a pet.)

The front door leads into a porch/lobby area for hanging coats ect. Then into the light and airy open plan living room/dining room and kitchen area. There is a comfortable corner sofa with seating for four people and a round table and chairs by the patio door that leads down a few steps onto the private sun terrace. Internet is available with Broadband and a Smart TV. The living room area also includes a DVD player, a selection of DVD’s, books and novels, games and local information.

Kitchen and Shower Room

The well equipped kitchen area offers a built in full size electric cooker and hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle and a washing machine next to the bathroom.

The shower room has an electric shower, bathroom cabinet, mirror, heated towel rail and wc.

Bedrooms

Bedroom One has a 4ft 6in double bed, two side tables with lamps, mirrored wardrobe doors on the fitted wardrobe with shelves.

Bedroom Two has a 4ft 6 inch double bed, a chest of drawers with a mirror, 2 side tables with lamps and mirrored doors on the fitted wardrobes.

Linen and towels are included and the property also has a hairdryer, childs highchair and travel cot.
